1. Booking and Payments
- Reservations: A booking is only confirmed once we receive the required deposit or full payment and provide a written confirmation.
- Accuracy: Clients are responsible for ensuring that all names and passport details provided match their legal travel documents exactly.
- Pricing: Prices are subject to change due to airline fare fluctuations, currency exchange rates, or tax increases until full payment is received.
2. Cancellation and Refunds
- Agency Fees: Levana Travels & Tours service fees are generally non-refundable.
- Third-Party Policies: Refunds for flights, hotels, and tours are governed by the specific terms of the airline or service provider.
- No-Shows: Failure to arrive for a flight or tour without prior notice will result in a total loss of the booking value.
3. Travel Documentation
- Visas: While we provide guidance and support for visa applications, the final decision rests solely with the respective embassy or consulate. We are not liable for visa denials.
- Passports: Travelers must ensure their passports are valid for at least six months beyond their intended return date.
4. Health and Insurance
- Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost luggage.
- Vaccinations: It is the traveler’s responsibility to comply with all health requirements and vaccinations for their destination.
5. Liability
- Service Disruptions: Levana Travels & Tours acts as an agent for third-party providers (airlines, hotels, transport). We are not responsible for delays, accidents, or service failures caused by these providers.
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for changes or cancellations caused by “Acts of God,” including natural disasters, pandemics, or civil unrest.
6. Conduct
- We reserve the right to decline or terminate service to any client whose conduct is deemed disruptive or illegal during a group tour or organized trip.
